The consumer’s ability to recognize or recall a brand is central to purchasing decision making (wikipedia.org). Networking and connecting with people is one of the best solutions to brand awareness. Introduce yourself and let people know who you are and vice versa.
2.) TARGET AUDIENCE EXPOSURE – Exposing your brand to the right target audience will greatly increase your brand awareness and gain potential customers. Always know your target audience and the key to success online is to locate them on the right social media channel.
3.) CONSUMER BENEFITS – People are more inclined to spend money on items and services that will benefit them in some form or fashion. If your target audience does not consist of the rich and wealthy, then affordable prices could be used as one of several benefits for what you’re selling. TIP: Testimonials and customer reviews work well! Don’t hesitate to ask for them.
Other contributing factors play a role in your customer base. The 3 highlighted in this article are the most common.
